Reveal the Essence of Our Terroir

We begin the experience upon your arrival at the winery, followed by a drive to our vineyards aboard our Defender jeep. Once in the vineyard, a bottle of wine from that very plot will be waiting for you, allowing you to start the experience in a truly unique and immediate way.

During the tour, we share our story, our minimal- intervention production philosophy, and provide a detailed explanation of the vineyards and the viticulture practices we apply to ensure quality and true expression of the terroir.

After this immersion in the countryside, we return to the winery for a tasting of five bottled wines, accompanied by a board of regional products, including cheeses, chorizo, olive oil, and other flavours representative of our region. As you taste each wine, we explain how it is made, highlighting the differences between white and red winemaking and detailing what makes each wine unique. This part of the experience takes place inside the winery, so you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of the space where everything happens.
