The day begins around 8:00 a.m. with arrival at the winery and the welcome of a complimentary hat and T-shirt provided for this experience. We then head together to the vineyard in our Defender jeep, where we harvest as a group alongside the entire team, feeling the energy and vibration of the place while sharing genuine moments of work and camaraderie.
Mid-morning, the traditional “bucha” is served — bread with chorizo, accompanied by water, wine, or beer — to recharge your energy and keep spirits high during the harvest. After this break, we return to work in the vineyard until lunch time.
Lunch is lively and relaxed, shared with the entire team, reinforcing the sense of community and authenticity of the experience. After the meal, you have the opportunity to visit the winery, follow the winemaking process, and take part in grape stomping, experiencing firsthand how wine is born.
The day ends with a tasting of five bottled wines, accompanied by a board of regional products, where you can savour and appreciate the flavours of our region.
