This experience is ideal for those seeking a first, simple, relaxed, and authentic introduction to our project. It begins with a visit to the winery, where we share our story and show the space where the magic happens.

The tasting of three wines takes place inside the winery, allowing you to truly experience the atmosphere of the place. As you taste each wine, we explain how it is produced — from the differences between white and red winemaking to the practical decisions that influence the final profile of each wine and our minimal-intervention production style. The explanations and tasti ng always happen simultaneously, in a natural and informal way.

The tasting is accompanied by local cheese and our own estate-produced olive oil, complementing the experience with products that truly represent our region.
