From Vineyard to Table

The experience begins with your arrival at the winery, followed by a drive to our vineyards aboard our Defender jeep. Once in the vineyard, a bottle of wine from that very plot will be waiting for you, allowing you to start the experience in a truly unique and immediate way.

During the walk through the vineyards, we share our story, our minimal-intervention production style, and explain in detail the vineyards and viticultural practices we apply, allowing you to closely understand the care and attention we place in every single grape cluster.

After this immersion in the countryside, we return to the winery for a tasting of five bottled wines, accompanied by a board of regional products, including cheeses, chorizo, olive oil, and other typical regional flavours. As you taste each wine, we explain how it is made, highlighting the differences between white and red winemaking. This entire part of the experience takes place inside the winery, so you can fully enjoy the atmosphere of the space where everything happens.

The experience culminates with a traditional lunch or dinner in our wine tourism lounge — the former hayloft of Grandfather Zé, carefully restored and decorated to make you feel in a truly special place. The main course features lamb slowly cooked in a clay pot over the fireplace, followed by traditional regional desserts. We can adapt the menu to other options or dietary requirements, ensuring that everyone can fully enjoy the experience.
